Friday, January 19, 2024, the bus service sucks. I waited for the 352 bus a long time.
6pm I was at the station. The bus did not come until 6:48 pm. Online it stated, the bus should have been their at 6:14pm. It was not.
Bus 20505 came with run #131. This driver was TERRIBLE.NO PEOPLE SKILLS.She was talking mean to the Customers because they were asking her 'Why are u so late.She said be glad I picked u up and they were requesting to sit on the bus since it was so cold out while she goes to the restroom.This lady was absolutely horrible.
Where did you get her from? Your system should be Updated and more reliable .The screen need to be fixed for Bus 366 bus routes at the Chicago Heights station. Ridiculous!
January 20, 2024 the same thing happen. No buses (352) on time at all I was at the Chicago Heights station at 6pm again b us did nor arrive until 6:48pm. The 352 route need to get a lot better for the Customers. It is too cold to be waiting for a bus to cone so late.
So it's 50 minutes waiting for the 352 bus.This is a regular thing now. I would like my complaint sent to Corporate.Also it was a driver Badge # 2746 was kind enough to let us sit on his bus which was 357 until he pulled of because it was so cold waiting for the 352 bus.
This driver was the best I seen for Pace. I am afraid what Sunday gone look like 1-21-24.

It seems to be impossible to contact Pace directly. I have given up on my complaint.
Preferred solution: Nothing is necessary, but please keep your drivers informed about temporary stops.
381 95th St bus does not come at all sometimes. If you know the bus is going to ghost us why would you even put it on the schedule?
User's recommendation: Try and find another way. These people are in the business of making money they don't care about us!
Very dirty bus
Fail to pick up passenger, very rude
The driver who had bus #6656 on the 381 Pace bus going westbound at 830 this morning failed to pick me and another passenger up. She saw us and sped down the street.
I was late for a doctor's appointment at Christ Hospital. My daughter ordered me a Uber so that I could make it. I caught her bus going westbound, she failed to lowet tge vlbus, I wear a boot because of a torn ligament. She continued bto drive reckless causing me and others to hold on.
I got off at Princeton and 95th street She again failed to lowetr the bus. She passed me up last week as well. Can you have someone to monitor her and train her better. We rely on this bus to get to Christ Hospital.

Most times Unreliable! Sometimes on time with few minutes late.
Your 209 and 290 pace bus routes are one of the unreliable bus routes I have ever boarded! Why?
They are never on time! Especially, the 209 in the morning as from 6.02 am, 6.16 am going to the Harlem cta station or the 290 from Cumberland to Howard redline cta in the morning (6.39am) or from Howard redline station to Cumberland blue line station as from 7:30 pm. For example, this 6:02 am pace driver's bus to Harlem cta station this morning was not in service. Why schedule a time for a bus that is not in service?
Or did the female driver forgot to put the destination station as they sometimes forget to do ? . I spent a lot of money to buy Pace/ Cta monthly bus card yearly that I end up not using the card extensively due to the epileptic pace bus time unreliability! Cta bus 22 is another unreliable bus route from Howard redline station to Harrison and back to Howard redline station.
Pls, review your monthly card fare of $75 if your bus company cannot keep to schedule on time especially during the winter period which is very hard for commuters health wise due to freezing in the cold. Some of your female drivers and occasional male drivers on 209 or 290 have no empathy for commuters when they see them running towards the bus stop. This is winter time. Please, have mercy on your commuters to wait patiently for 120 seconds for a human being running towards them in the COLD.
I buy monthly card fare of $75. 290 pace bus scheduled for 6:39 am arrived by 6:43 am. I know it is hard to keep to time but please, try and keep to time because it is winter period and it is very cold. Thank God the 290 to Howard redline arrived Park ridge metra station four minutes late..
please, some of your pace bus seats/ Cta bus seats are filthy. Thank you.

The lackadaisical service of late
Today is the last straw with this bus! This morning the 7:58 359 Pace Bus cancelled.
So I had to take the 359 going South to 159th and Kedzie and nearly missed the 890 UPS Bus to work earlier this morning. Then the straw that broke the camels back? Not one, but 2 359 buses showed up 30 to 45 minutes late arriving northbound towards 147th and Kedzie and I had to take an Uber or Lyft to get me home from work because yet again this bus service continues to get sloppier and sloppier by being very late. I looked at your tracker systems all 3 times and theres no signs of the buses.
The fact that nobody alerted the passengers waiting on the buses that the buses are being extremely late is very unacceptable, especially on routes without trains. Dont leave your riders in the lurch and not tell anyone that buses are being cancelled at the last minute like this! The way your managers are running these garages have been very horrible at best lately! This is very unacceptable especially with the colder weather coming up soon and some people like myself have asthma.
In the last year and change this bus route has gotten progressively worse and worse.
You guys need to fix this godawful tracking system and either get new management and or bus drivers that actually cares about the riders or Im taking my money somewhere else! This cant keep happening like this everyday!

The snow and weather is why they were late. Go pay for other transportation if you don’t like it.
First of all, it's happening on a regular basis and I use Uber ,Lfyt and Family to get to my destination.Its has been so many issues . I think I have been patient enough.
